Ethics & Compliance
In accordance with French law no. 2016-1691 of December 9th 2016 - known as Sapin 2, Groupe Industriel Marcel Dassault „GIMDˮ has set up an internal whistleblowing procedure.
This procedure is part of our compliance management system and allows employees of GIMD and some companies of its group* but also external contractors to report any breach of any crime or offense, including human rights abuses falling in the scope of French Due Diligence obligation.
The whistleblowing procedure complements the traditional internal communication channels and therefore remains optional.
In accordance with EU law such as Directive 2019/1937, whistleblowers are protected as long as alerts are (i) carried out in good faith, (ii) without any direct financial consideration and (iii) relates to one of the following :
A crime or misdemeanour ;
A violation or an attempt to conceal a violation of an international commitment duly ratified or approved by France, a unilateral act of an international organisation taken on the basis of such a commitment, European Union law, a law or regulation (violation of human rights, corruption, influence peddling, fraud, anti-competitive practices, etc.).
A threat or harm to the public interest.
Alerts are processed confidentially and impartially.
